The purpose of this Contract is to give support to Project Coordination in the implementation of administrative routines related to Project "Development of a National Implementation Plan in Brazil as a first step to implement the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)", as well as to elaborate financial reports and to contribute with project progress reports.

The purpose of this consultancy is to evaluate methodologies available to produce an inventory of stockpiles, products, articles and wastes consisting of, containing or contaminated with persistent organic pollutants (POPs), an inventory of contaminated sites, and develop a strategy and an action plan to identify and managing wastes, stockpiles consisting of, containing or contaminated with POPs and contaminated sites with POPs, according to the activity 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 from the project document.
